Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lootd account and the data associated with it at any time.

From the app

• Open Lootd on your device, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account will be marked for removal immediately.

By email

If you don’t have access to the app, send an email to lootdapp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Please include your username so we can verify ownership.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, avatar, and bio.
• Your reviews, ratings, lists, and game logs.
• Your followers, following, and friend connections.

What may be retained

• Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you.
• Records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.

Timing

Deletion typically completes within 30 days. After that, your data cannot be recovered.
