Delete Account
You can delete your Lootd account and related personal data directly from the app at any time.
Delete from the app
Open Lootd, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
If you can't access the app
If the in-app option is unavailable for any reason, email lootdapp@gmail.com from the address connected to your Lootd account and include the username you want deleted. We will process the request manually.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete or anonymize account data where required, and reply when the request is complete.
